I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist back in the ‘90’s and am passionate about healthy eating. I have written two cookery books ‘Feed Your Health’ 1 and 2, and am always in my kitchen working on new recipes. I frequently give talks to corporates on different aspects of health and diet, and I also see clients for one-one nutrition consultations. The highlight of my work as a NT is working on luxury fitness retreats which takes me to Marrakech, Tuscany and the South of France about five times a year.
